Nikki is a highly regarded consultant with over 30 years’ experience in leadership, education, and quality improvement across the education, skills, and training sectors.  She has worked extensively across further education, higher education, prison education, alternative provision, independent training providers, and employer-led provision. Operating at Executive Director level, Nikki has consistently delivered strategic leadership, operational excellence, and measurable improvement in teaching, learning, and organisational performance.                                                                               Nikki has led the development and implementation of robust quality standards and sustainable improvement strategies that have significantly enhanced teaching quality, learner outcomes, and organisational effectiveness. Her expertise includes designing and embedding quality and teaching, learning and assessment frameworks, diversifying curriculum provision, securing funding streams, and supporting sustainable organisational growth.                                                                                           In her previous national mentoring role with the Association of Colleges (AoC), Nikki supported sector-wide excellence in teaching and learning, championing innovative practices that empowered learners to take ownership of their learning and achieve their ambitions.  As CEO of Roundsquare Solutions, Nikki works closely with CEOs, senior leaders, and boards to provide strategic mentoring and advisory support, with a strong focus on governance, continuous improvement, and organisational growth.  Nikki also serves as a Non-Executive Advisor and Chair of Governance across several boards, bringing deep sector expertise alongside a pragmatic and future-focused approach. 

Bev has over 25 years of experience across the education and skills sector, having worked within further education colleges, independent training providers, and employer-led providers. This breadth of experience brings a distinctive and valuable perspective to the team.

Her career has progressed through a range of roles including lecturer, assessor, and Head of Curriculum, before moving into audit and compliance. This progression has provided Bev with a comprehensive understanding of both delivery and regulatory requirements within the sector.

Bev possesses extensive expertise across a wide range of funding streams and has a deep understanding of the key components required to ensure compliance with funding rules. Her knowledge and practical experience have proved invaluable in supporting clients to address compliance and funding challenges, contributing to positive outcomes during ESFA and DfE audits.

In addition to her professional work, Bev serves as a member of several Governance Advisory Boards, where she specialises in providing scrutiny and constructive challenge in relation to funding, audit, and compliance.

Josie has over 20 years’ background in skills and training, working across a variety of sector and government-related organisations. During this time, she has also assessed grant funding applications for a wide range of funders, giving her valuable insight into what makes strong, successful funding bids.

Josie is passionate about supporting organisations on their journey to create meaningful social impact. She particularly enjoys working with clients from their earliest start-up stages, helping them access the funding they need to establish services, develop their offer, and mobilise contracts. Through her strategic guidance and hands-on support, she has helped many organisations grow in confidence, capability, and sustainability.

An expert in securing funding for specific projects—including capital developments and organisational growth—Josie works closely with clients to build strong funding pipelines and long-term sustainability. She supports organisations through key stages of development until they reach a position where they have secured sufficient funding and capacity for senior staff to focus fully on leading and delivering their work.

Josie often becomes an integral part of her clients’ extended teams. She is widely recognised as a trusted and respected professional who brings tremendous value through her knowledge, commitment, and collaborative approach.

She serves on the boards and committees of a number of charities and social enterprises, providing governance, strategic advice, and fundraising expertise. Through these roles, she actively contributes to strengthening organisations that support communities and address social challenges.

Jan is a highly focused and accomplished education and skills specialist with extensive experience across the apprenticeship landscape, particularly in supporting and engaging hard-to-reach learners. With a strong track record of leadership and delivery, Jan has developed a deep understanding of the complex challenges and opportunities within the skills sector.

Her previous role as National Director of Learning for a major training provider gave her strategic oversight of large-scale apprenticeship provision, quality improvement, and workforce development. Combined with her substantial experience working across apprenticeships within the Construction Industry, Jan brings a distinctive blend of sector knowledge, operational leadership, and practical insight to the Roundsquare Solutions team.

Bridie is an innovative and forward-thinking Digital Resources Innovation Lead at Roundsquare Solutions, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s outward-facing digital resource strategy. With a strong blend of professional expertise, creativity, and strategic insight, Bridie specialises in designing and developing dynamic resource solutions that strengthen and extend the company’s products and services.

Drawing on her qualifications and experience in digital development, resource design, and stakeholder engagement, Bridie identifies opportunities to transform ideas into practical, high-quality tools that support both clients and partners. She has a natural ability to translate complex concepts into accessible and impactful resources, ensuring that Roundsquare Solutions continues to deliver value, innovation, and usability across its offerings.

Rebecca leads our forward-facing engagement and marketing activity at Roundsquare Solutions, playing a key role in how we communicate our work, services and impact to clients and partners. She brings a strong combination of strategic insight, communication expertise and sector awareness, ensuring that our products and services are clearly articulated and accessible to the organisations we support.
